Jeff is a founding member of the firm. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego and his undergraduate degree from Washington State University.

Jeff is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, California State Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association. His law practice focuses on assisting individual and business clients with entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and general corporate and contract matters. He also assists franchise clients with franchise compliance, real estate acquisition and operations.

Jeff is a charter member and past president of the Mill Creek Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow, and current member of the Sno-Isle Skill Center Foundation. Jeff and his wife Diane have three adult children attending the University of Washington which results in more than a little barb throwing since Jeff is an avid Cougar alum.

When not practicing law, Jeff enjoys golfing, skiing and about any other sport he can get his children to join in. Jeff seems to think he is still an athlete, a delusion his wife is trying to correct.
