Karl Hausmann joined the firm in 2003, focusing on construction disputes and commercial litigation. Karl began his legal career at the Washington Attorney General's Office where he represented the Washington Department of Transportation (including the Washington State Ferries), the Department of Licensing, and the Employment Security Department. Karl co-chaired the Attorney General's Administrative Procedure Act CLE.

Karl currently represents builders, professional service providers, and project owners in resolving construction and collection disputes.

Karl and his family enjoy playing soccer, snow-skiing, and mountain biking. Karl is a member and past-President of the Everett Port Gardner Rotary Club.
