Karl Hausmann practices commercial, construction, and real estate litigation representing contractors, property owners, and businesses.  He also handles probate and personal injury litigation.

Karl began his legal career at the Washington Attorney General's Office where he represented the Washington Department of Transportation (including the Washington State Ferries), the Department of Licensing, and the Employment Security Department. Karl served as the President of the Snohomish County Bar Association in 2011. He was a Council Member of the Washington State Bar Association Construction Law Section and one of the authors of the WSBA’s Model Residential Construction Contract. Karl was a long-time coach with the Mukilteo Youth Soccer Club and Irish Soccer. He was an assistant with the Archbishop Murphy High School Mock Trial team.  Karl currently serves on the board of the Mukilteo Schools Foundation.  He is a Past President of the Everett Port Gardner Rotary club.  Karl has been a shareholder of the firm since 2004. Karl recently completed a cross-Washington gravel bike ride starting in Everett and ending in Spokane.  Karl attended the University of Notre Dame and Seattle University Law School.
