OUR FIRM

The law firm of MARSH MUNDORF PRATT SULLIVAN + McKENZIE was established in 1986 in the community of Mill Creek. The goal of opening our office in Mill Creek was to cultivate and establish an early relationship with a new and growing community. As the City has grown, so has our law firm.

Our lawyers offer a wealth of experience in many areas of law. Like many aspects of life, the identification and resolution of issues and problems has become complicated. Each of our lawyers has developed his or her own focus areas thereby insuring that he or she is capable and proficient in helping our clients confront, resolve or avoid legal problems. One of our lawyers possesses special expertise in representing electric utility clients. Another attorney spends much of his time representing clients who buy, sell and operate restaurants across the United States. Another attorney has an advanced tax degree and focuses on assisting clients protect and pass wealth to future generations. Still others have many years of successful civil trial experience. In essence, firm lawyers have the necessary skills to deal with most any business, will and estate planning, family law, or commercial law issues. It should be apparent from reviewing the biographies of our respective lawyers that members of our firm are equipped to assist you with your legal needs.

All of our employees, both lawyers and staff, are committed to and active in the communities in which they live. We feel a sense of responsibility to give back to the communities that provide our livelihoods. We coach children, participate in social service organizations throughout Snohomish County, work on boards of local charitable and non-profit organizations, are active in our churches, and sit on local municipal boards and committees. We are involved in fund raising for the Y.M.C.A. and other organizations or associations dependent upon contributions or donations for their survival. Like many of you who are now reading about us, we derive substantial personal satisfaction from efforts to improve the quality of life for our families and communities.
